seems like i'm not alone.. the last time I read article about Hepa B there are 16 million infected Filipino. My doctor said that if you are a carrier be cautious about your immune system. Mine is infectious and so far I can't work in any other country until I'm not infectious anymore. but if you are just a carrier you can work in western countries. Also, make sure to take your liver vitamins to protect it from future damages and stop drinking any kind of alcoholic bev.

cronic since Anti HBc lgm     Non Reactive               0.317

when antihbc igm is less than 0.08s/co also infection usually becomees inactive with low hbvdna

you have to check hbvdna pcr and alt/ast every 3-6months, do not check antigens anymore they always stay the same, you might check hbsg once a year

you have probably cronic hbv 99,9% being in philippines, check hbvdna pcr, alt/ast and hbcab igm, if hbcab igm is negative you have cronic hbv for sure.in philippines hbv is like flu, everyone has it or had it until your contry makes mandatory hbv vaccine (also italy was like that before vaccine 10-20yo)

check only hbvdna pcr and alt/ast all other tests are useless for you since you have cronic hbv
if you have liver damage, genotype C hbv, or famili history of liver cancer consider interferon, entecavir or tenofovir therapy followed by a good liver specialist
