first, there are no doctors here.

Most of us here have Hep C.  But you might find this site useful.

Good luck.

These seem to show that antibodies and antigens are present. Now you should be checking to see if the virus is present.

Based on your results, you have the Hep B virus in your blood (HBsAG positive = surface antigen positive = Hep B virus)

The HBeAG neg, Anti-HBe pos means you have the lesser multiplying of the two forms of the virus.

The Anti-HBc only indicates that you have been infected with Hep B at some point in your life.

I am not a doctor, but your lab work seems to show that you have Hep B.  Only your doctor can make the 'chronic' Hep B determination by other tests, or if you have had the same lab results for over 6 months.

Please follow up with your doctor for further testing and possible treatment.  Most folks with Hep B live perfectly normal lives.  You will probably have your viral load and liver enzymes tested twice a year to monitor the virus, but even if it acts up, there are very potent drugs on the market to keep the virus in check.  Please have all of your family and initmate contacts vaccinated for the Hep B virus.

Take care,
leeac
