    * “Do I have high or low virus level?”

--Neither.

    * “Do I have mild or severe liver damage?”

--Probably mild.

    * “What are my chances of developing cirrhosis or liver cancer?”

--Depends

    * “Do I need to receive treatment for hepatitis B?”

--Some doctors think no.

    * “How will treatment help me?”

--Which treatment?

    * “What treatment do you recommend? What do I need to know about my treatment?”

--I recommend monitoring now.  Its goal and side effects.

    * “How long will I need to be treated? When can I expect to see the results from the treatment?”

--Long term once you start.

    * “How will you assess whether the treatment is working for me?”

--Lab results and your symptoms.

    * “If I do not need to receive treatment now, why is that?

--Because the pros are less the cons.

    * “Should I take any special precautions to avoid infecting others?”

--Yes, your blood and body fluids, general precaution is adequate.

they have a lot of replication, almost no immune response, hbe positive, B or C genotypes and some resistance mutations, these are the most difficult to treat and unfortunately common in asia

CRP doesn't have any specific meaning, it is just a general immune system reaction to inflammation and it can be normal even in acute inflammation, plus you are almost in the range

in your case there is a minimum inflamation because of hbv but it is norml and nothing to worry about, just monitor alt every 3 months to be below 30 and hbvdna every 6months and come back to alinia thread when you want to get rid of hbsag of want hbvdna und and try alinia

remember to make also ultrasound every 6 months since hbs positive are at risk for liver cancer and if any develops there are only 6 months to save a person with resection or transplant after 6 months it might get too big to save a person

please can you explain this why is this abnormal? and what does that mean?

--Not sure.

What about other doctors who think yes what treatment they recommend?

--Antiviral or IFN

as i am planning to get marry if my fiancee start vaccination now how long would it take her to be save ? i mean when we can marry 3 month 6 months ??

--Test her HBsAB, when positive she is safe.

drugs just make hbvdna und and alt normal in general, that's to say you are already at the drugs result by your immune system.currently approved drugs have very little impact on antigens hbsag and hbeag, some even suppress immune system and make hbsag higher (Nuc drugs), they have sides effects and can lead to virus mutation, so it is better you sty away from drugs now

vaccine will work when hbsab gets higer than 10mIU/ml so you can just check after a couple of weeks if it apperas

as to off lbel treatments we are trying nitazoxanide, follow our results on alinia tread, on hbe negative hbsag is lowering very very fast, on hbe positive slow and weak results, it has no sides no resistance so you might try it as soon as you see our 24-48weeks results
