Hepatitis B viral load

8-13 my hepatitis B viral load was 6.22E+3 IU/ml. What does it mean in terms of number?
however in 9-11 the value was 1.27E+3 IU/ml.
Do I need anti-viral treatment

Official criterium for the treatment is vl > 2000 iu/ml.

But you must also consider other things like
Fibroscan
Hbsag quant

It is the Viral load  expressed in Exponential" form    6,200  and 1,270 IU/ml
