what are causes of false positive Hep BsAg. First screening test for HBsAg was positive.Second screening test after 2 weeks is negative.What are the possibilities.
False positive is rare., however mistakes are possible: human error, faulty test reagents etc. In your case, you need to repeat your test, preferably at another laboratory.
