Hepatitis b carrier??

Hi.
My doctor insists that I am a hepatitis b carrier but I don't want to believe her :(

My result is *HBsAG : negative    * HBsAB : positive  * HBcAB : positive H  * HAV IGM : negative and HCVAb : negative

Now they drew my blood for hep virus quantity and hep b eag and eab. Waiting for the result.

All the websites I've searched say I was once infected and now recovered and immune , no vaccine needed. But my doctor tries to put me in every six months tests and all that.

I'm trying to get command sponsorship to go abroad with my military husband but this could be in the way if she keeps insisting..

Does anyone know about my result?

I can't sue her because she's a military doctor.....

oh god exactly a fascist country where the military have such power, she must pay for the damage to patients anyway, that is justice

well that s what we do to doctors all the time in italy, even for much much less than that.
here they prescribe even useless tests, not just guideline, to protect themselves from the law....we are lucky to have justice on our side...

What should DNA test, hbeag and hbeab say?
All of them have to be negative ?
I hope I will have good results ..

Change a doctor.  You don't want to see a doctor who doesn't know how to read a basic hepatitis B panel.

you dont need a liver scan, liver damage can be simply made by the food chemicals, only organic fresh food free of any chemical makes no damage.so this is complitely useless in your case of hbsag negative

also the scan must be fibroscan, ultrasound is useless it cannot see liver damage, i think you got a supper ignorant butcher, not a doctor

Are you saying what I think about the result should be right?
I mean, just for those results so far, I'm not a carrier right?

for those results you are totally immune to hbv and if you like you can inject it and infect yourself as many times as you like, when you have hbsab antibodies hbv is killed as soon as it enters your body

hbvdna pcr will confirm you dont have the ultrarare occult hbv, this is the only test you can do now if you want to sue the doctor but if it is simply for you just forget about hbv or get a visit from a real doctor

Thanks for replying.
I'm also waiting for the liver scan result.
That'll be three weeks from now and it's killing me..

you can sue her for causing stress due to her ignorance, i don t know in ur country but in italy she risks she can t do the doctor anymore for such a big mistake and huge amounts of money refund

just to be 100% sure before suing check hbvdna pcr if that is negative too even the rare occult hbv is to be excluded
