HBsAG = Positive
HBeAG  = Negative
HCV   = Non Reactive

Hepatitis B Virus Quantitative <2.1 IU/mL
Hepatitis B Virus Quantitative <12.18 Copies/mL
AST/ALT Ratio  = 1.6  (method calculated)
Albumin/Globulin Ratio = 2.5
Total Billirubin = 2.4 mg/dl (Diazo method)
Direct Billirubin = 1.2 mg/dl (method Diazo)

Total T3 = 1.05 nmol/L (method ELFA)
Total T4 = 5.38 ug/dl (Method ELFA)
TSH = 0.39 uIU/ml(Method ELFA)

Serum Alpha Feto Protein = 1.18 UI/ml (method ELFA)

Ur health is perfectly fine.No need of treatment as of now.

Hi KbI678 ,
Yes, the results are mine,(iam 31yr old ,indian,)

yes on a random blood test, i got to know i have HBsAG +ve .

Yes, my HBV DNA Viral Load PCR = < 2.1 IU/mL ,iam writing below with more indetail on my report, pls review for me.

yes my report in HBV DNA VIRAL says <2.1IU/ml , with commetns and notes on the report are as below.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hepatitis B viral load -quantitative -PCR

Hepatitis B Virus Quantitative <2.1 IU/mL
Hepatitis B Virus Quantitative <12.18 Copies/mL

Interpretation:
IU/mL    -----------comments

1500000--------------Hepatitis B virus DNA  Detected above the linear range of of the assay

Note :
1) The analytical sensitivity of the Kit is 2.1 IU/mL,Linear reporting range of the assay is 1500-1500000 IU/mL
2)Pararadoxical results may be seen in contaminated samples.selection of in appropriate specimen and inherent PCR inhibitors in the specimen or use of different technologies.
3) The conversion factor calculated for HBV PCR Kit :1 IU/mL corresponds to approximately 5.8 copies/mL

yes , my health is perfect, i dont have any symptoms at all , iam regular to zym & mostly i do heavy lifting compound workouts too.

iam so scared and depressed like there is no tomorrow for me after getting to know what and hw much HEP B serious disease this is.

iam at HBsAG +ve , HBeAG -ve , HBV DNA Viral load <2.1IU/mL =Undetectable, ALT,AST normal ,ultrasound normal,...any chances of me getting cleared this virus ??

iam planning to take HEP B vaccination even though iam infected already i want to see by any luck i may get antibodies develop. what do u advise for that ?? will it harm of taking vaacine after infected ??

your thoughts are valuable to me at my depressed situation ...thanks a lot
Iam retyping my Viral load report below: (above few lines were missed)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hepatitis B viral load -quantitative -PCR

Hepatitis B Virus Quantitative <2.1 IU/mL
Hepatitis B Virus Quantitative <12.18 Copies/mL

Interpretation:

IU/mL    -----------comments

<2.1 -------------Hepatitis B Virus DNA Not detected or below the detection limit of the assay.

2.1--1500 -------------Hepatitis B Virus DNA detected but below the Linear Range of the assay.

1500--1500000----------Hepatitis B Virus DNA detected with in the linear range of the assay.

1500000--------------Hepatitis B virus DNA  Detected above the linear range of of the assay

Note :
1) The analytical sensitivity of the Kit is 2.1 IU/mL,Linear reporting range of the assay is 1500-1500000 IU/mL

<2..1 is HBV DNA? ook,  I thought it HBSAG quantitative.Any way, ur health is fine now. You need to monitor regularly like 6months once.
Where r u from in india.
I was diagnosed 12/2016 as random health check up. I am similar to ur case.
All are normal still now. I am also from india.monitoring it for every 3 months.
I am also from Hyderabad, if possible, try to get tested for FIBRO SCAN and HBSAG quantitative. Its gives you good picture.FIBRO SCAN  is free in APPOLLO health city , jublee hills.
Hi , i have inboxed you few more of my doubts can u pls get back to me , it will be so helpful to me at my depressed situation..thank you

Iam adding few more deatils on my LFT tests:

LFT tests:
Total Billirubin = 2.4 mg/dl (Diazo method)
Direct Billirubin = 1.2 mg/dl (method Diazo)
SGPT: 17 IU/L (IFCC-Kenetic)
SGOT : 28 IU/L (IFCC-Kinetic)
AST/ALT Ratio  = 1.6  (method calculated)
Alkaline phosphate : 65 (IFCC kinetic)
total protein : 7.1 gm/dl (Biuret method)
Serum Albumin : 5.1 gm/dl
serum globulin : 2.0
Albumin/Globulin Ratio = 2.5
