High ALT/AST levels...retest in 3 months

I recently got results from ALT and AST tests.  My ALT is 101 and my AST is 48.  Doctor wants me to come back in 3 months to have another ALT and AST blood test, but said no other test necessary until 3 months.  Seems like a long time to wait if something is going on.  Thoughts?  Thanks.

3 month interval is normal.  ALT and AST were elevated.  Do you have other test results?
