How to lower HbeAg level?

Hey everyone.. Im 23 and finished Nautical Course. Problem is my HbeAg is 3.4 reactive result.. I took Entecavir for 6 months and it decrease to 0.01. I stopped the medication for a month and as I apply again the result came back to 3.8. How to treat this? And what foods should i avoid? I stopped alcohol and smoke a year ago. Please help.

Antivirals are to take until hbsag negative hbsab positive, if you stop without those test results all disease comes back worst and the virus can mutate to more aggressive bcp precore or resistant to the antiviral used

Tenofovir is more potent than entecavir if you restart and no resistance, tdf or etv plus peginterferon are more potent and faster to lower hbeag and peginterferon makes hbeag negative lasting even off antiviral after the full course of use and after hbeag neg hbeab pos
