Stef, have you looked at reishi mushroom?  It says it’s very effective in lowering the viral load in hep and hiv.  Thoughts or anyone ever comment on it?

it can t do anything on hbv, immune system is under hbv control and there is very little you can do to break this tollerance even with all known drugs (only 2 experimental one have effect on this but wont be available on market...unless being very very reach to buy the company itself to have it)

check posts on the community about antioxidants that block and regress even cirrhosis (hepatitistechnologies), cucurmin, bluberries, green tea, pomegranate and others are a must in your diet (not ginger tea)

it is a must to have:
vitamin d serum level between 50-80ng/ml
tot chol <150
ldl50

this will keep hbvdna at low levels and prevent or regress fibrosis, hbv uses cholesterol to make its antigens and cholesterol is also a player of making liver damage/fibrosis so it is a must to keep it down, red yeast rise (not bought in US) is a good supplement to do lower tot chol and ldl
omega3 fish oil is good to lower triglicerids
panthetine (a form of vit b5) is good to rise hdl
