Is whey protein shake harmful to chronic hepatitis b?

Im looking to develop my physique so was thinking of taking whey protein shakes as supplement. Is this ok given my condition?

professional athletes have borderline aids immune systems, moderate gym boosts immune systems while too much severely suppresses immune system

I am sorry but my doctor did not let me drink protein shake. He even did not let me do fitness. He advised me to walk and swim. However, I am still doing fitness :)

He told me about some worsening examples of athletes and weight lifters.

Whey protein have gluthanione in them, which is good for the liver. Can't see any negatives.

No it is not harmful. Ot is even good. We need protein rich diet. And there even was a research that whey protein is good for hbv, but sorry i do not remember on what way.
