If count is high what is happening?
nothing especial, just virus replication and if undetactable just low replication.
if you have cirrhosis you must take entecavir or tenofovir as soon as possible, these antivirals block liver damage and help regress cirrhosis, in particular entecavir can regress cirrhosis by 3-6 years
virus eradication is not possible at the moment and since liver cirrhosis leads to liver cancer which leads to death or death directly by damaged liver, transplant is the only option if cirrhosis is not blocked by antivirals so you must absolutely start antivirals ASAP
