Low vitamin B12 - Entecavir 1mg side effect?

I'm taking entecavir,1 mg dose daily, from the beginning of March this year.

Age 27, male

On the 6th month of entecavir treatment I have done a tetanos shot. The next day I started to experience tingling and numbness all over the body, tinnitus in my ear and dizziness.

- I have done brain MRI - all ok
- I have done electric nerve test - all ok

Blood test:
- HBs positive
- Hbe positive
- HBV DNA at the 6th month on Entecavir 1mg 23 000 copies per ml

Blood panel 26th September 2017

Is there any connection between entecavir, low b12 and tetanos shot?

Could entecavir depleted b12 vitamin.

Thank you,
