My ALT is 55(15-50 range)

4 month back i.e HBV DNA is 190 IU/ml and ALT is 45Iu/ml.
HBSAG quant=1400 IU in year back.
Now its crossed max limit.Is i need to go for treatment?Please help me on this.
Ur suggestions are most helpful for me.

You're most likely in a Chronic inactive stage. Keep monitoring every 6 months to make sure your numbers do not jump up any higher on the ALT and the HBV DNA. If they stay around the same, then chances are that you will not need treatment and just need to live a healthy lifestyle (ex. stay away from all alcohol, fried foods, etc.) A 10 pt jump in ALT is not that much, even if it is higher than normal range. I'd be more concerned if it was in the hundreds or even thousands.
