My HbsAg Result

Hlw..i have hbsag positive.
my altrasound report:
coarsed liver parenchyma.No focal lesion noted.liver normal in size.IHD are not dilated.
SGPT:36
Hbsag :result:4.70 S/Co
reference interval:<1 negetive.
HeAg: result: 0.26 S/Co
reference interval:<1 negetive.
HBV DNA :HBV Quantity: 1289 iu/ml
          HBV Quantity: 9023 copies/ml

would  u tell me what does it mean?

it means nothing, fibroscan can tell if there is any liver damage, not ultrasound.this is the last time i answer, ive said this twice and all the answers are already in old posts

i don't have any sympthom.

nobody has...make tests required, those results alone are useless to define status

coarsed liver parenchyma means nothing, your ultrasound is ok since it has not detect hcc or fatty liver but ultrasound cannot see liver damage at all so you must check by fibroscan to know how your liver is

replication is low but you need hbsag quantity in iu/ml, machines using s/co are usually very obsolete better change lab and look for one with architect or elecsys
