do you have a healthy life style?do you have fatty liver, high sugars?do you have deficient or low normal vitamin d (vitd250h test optimum is 90-100ng/ml, nmol/l is a different unit).start making vitd25oh max normal level and then if no hbvdna und by 6months it would be better to add entecair for a year to make it und

Hello Steff2011.
I think I have a healthy life style. I do not smoke ( left myself smoking two years ago), I try to avoid junk food, I do not like sweets/sugar and alcohol occasionally drink as beer or wine. From February 2017 to July 2017 I went to gym (my ALT level was normally in that period)
A few years ago (more precisely in 2012) I was included in a Gilead Study and I took PegInterferon + TDF for 48 weeks (with no undetectable ADN VHB), then 6 month with no treatment (in that period my ADN VHB was exploded) and then 1.5 years with only TDF (again my ADN VHB was detected with low level).
My latest FIBROMAX Result are about 2 years ago and indicated F0.
I discovered this diseas when I was 10 years old (now I have 31) and at least in the last 12 years I never had undetectable ADN VHB and never had more than F0 fibrosis.
My doctor says that if the ADN VHB begins to crash in the next 6 months, we will add a second drug.

Did your doctor raised concern about your highly elevated ALT?

No
We are still a few more days to November 2017, hieee,

When my alt was highly elevated, similar to your values, my GI dr. was very concern, sent me to get ultrasound, liver biopsy, and asking if I experienced any joint pains, and make sure no liver damage. alt measures dead liver cells, normal range is 20-30.
