Opinion for Euro D3 (cholecalciferol)

has anyone used this vitd3 supplements ?  any pros cons ? other non-medical ingredients are : soybean oil, gelatin, glycerin, FDC red no. 40 , FDC yellow no. 6 )  ,  this is a canadian drug.

if you have high calcium already before starting d3 supplements you have vit k deficiency and calcium stays in the blood instead going to cells and bones

soy in the pills is so low to add nothing especially calcium.vitamin d can rise calcium when over 250ng/ml

if you want to lower calcium in blood anyway you can change cow milk with oat milk, and avoid cheese or whole diaries foods.on this diet you can make vitd25oh over 100ng/ml

another way to keep balance is to take d3plus from biotech which has vitamin k which takes calcium out of blood and fix it to bones.this is the best vit d product

i'm aware of its importance but need specific advice on this specific product.  I now realize that soybean is rich with calcium and i'm ready high with calcium so is this right drug for me or would excess cacluim be removed from the body automatically with no harm ?
