Hepatitis B - Anti HBC 0.45 & Anti HBS 40.9?
Got 40.9 positive on Anti HBS and 0.45 negarive on Anti HBC today - does this mean Hepatitis B? I'm desperate. Thank you for your answers!
Negative Anti HbC means you have not been infected.
Positive Anti HbS of 40.9 iu/L means you have immunity against HBV.
So it seems you were vaccinated against HBV and have developed immunity. You don't have Hepatitis B (should be confirmed by your HBsAg being negative).
