Please help me to understand result and path forward
Recently I diagnosed with hep b. I need your help to understand my reports and path forward
Elastrography result :
E median 4.57 kpa
E IQR 0.45 kpa
HBV DNA :
18900000 IU/ml
Log value 7.28
HBeAg : 3.30 positive
I going to meet doctor tomorrow.
What this result shows. Do I need to start treatment Immediately.

Are you currently seeing a doctor preferably a Gastroenterologist or Hepatologist? You should make arrangement to start seeing a doctor on a recurrent basis - every 6 month. He or she should come up with a plan to treat or not to treat. No worries, you will be fine. Read through all the old posts to get additional information.
