Cured from Chronic Hepa B what's next?

Good day to everyone!

I'm a chronic Hepatitis B patient who just got cured. I was inactive carrier for more than 10 years, then chronic active for the last 4 years. I started treatment more than 2 years ago because my HBV DNA is already on maximum count and my sgpt is highly elevated to he point of being icteric. After 10 months of entecavir and natural supplementation my HBV DNA is undetectable and after 24 months my Hbeag is non reactive, Hbsag w/ titer (CMIA by Abott) is non reactive, Sgpt/sgot is normal, Anti-Hbs and Anti-hbe is still non-reactive. I like to post this question because there are very few cases like mine and I would like to hear what happens next.
How can I improve my anti-hbs and Anti-hbs? Is there any vaccination which can stimulate production of antibodies to make it reactive? Also my eosinophils is high for the past 3 months. Is this due to my immune response to eliminate Hbsag? I try to check the web for any correlation between high eosinophils and hbsag elimination but as I said there very limited cases and I can't find any more information. minerals are not the reason of hbv clearance, most of us take it from a long time and are present in heptech and d3plus and most supplements.
they can only help an immune response already present by itself

the reasons can be HAV or you are among the few 5% clearing on etv

My doctor also have that study on superimposed HAV and HBV and told me there are reported cases of superimposed liver infection that actually eliminates both HAV and HBV. But after 6 months from acquiring HAV and still have HBV, it shows my immune response activated by HAV has not clear the virus HBV so entacavir treatment is still continued. I also think selenium supplementation plays a good role in totally eliminating the virus. I think there are studies in China showing good effects of selenium in liver cancer cases. As for my mom, she does not have HAV. Her case is different. She started lamivudine in the 90's then become inactive, then ralapse came and she took hepsera, become inactive then relapse again and took entacavir, become inactive, then another relapse again and she no longer want to take antiviral. We go natural, she took selenium, zinc and copper supplementation for 2 months and become inactive carrier and HBV DNA was down from 13,000,000 iu/ml to 6 iu/ml. Then discontinued zinc and copper as per doctor's advice and continue with selenium supplementation for more than a year. Her Hbsag (Abott Architect) was just around 700 and it no longer move that much but hbeag remained nonreactive, sgpt around 40-50 mild fatty liver. Then she took stem cell caps and Hbsag becomes nonreactive on month 4. So my mom's case was solve using purely natural  on her last relapse. But probably the antivirals she used to take also plays a major role because I tried the same natural product (except stem cell caps) but has no effect on me and I conclude that this is because of my high viral load condition which prompt me to take antiviral entecavir. These are two real life cases and I hope this can be studied and be used to solve and cure Hepatitis B. I have one more brother who is active HBV right now but still refuse to undergo medication due to financial reason. His sgpt is slightly above the range but tolerable but as soon as it goes up we will have to start treatment immediately. So i'll just stay here and read your informative post's and learn more about this disease and be part of the solution to this problem.

Hi ,I'm from Indonesia, nice to know and read your experience, making me really hopeful and  I read that you have been cured and developed anti Hbs, GBU.. so can I ask your opinion on my case? I experienced similar case with you, but just been chronic active in Jan /early 2014 when you already 2 years in treatment. I started treatment since 2015 as my doctor monitored my case in 6 months time after first lapse. my HBV DNA was very also very high in count and sgpt/sgot was highly elevated too. Have tried telbivudine for around 24 months , but my HBV DNA stayed although in low amount. Then my doctor changed to tenofovir , and in 1 year time combined it with entecavir. My HBV DNA now undetectable in 3 lab tests spanning 15 months time, thank God..but my last Anti-Hbs test is still non-reactive. The problem is the cost for combined treatment is very high and I want to stop the entecavir which is pricier than tenofovir, but my doctor still prescribed me both after those 3 lab tests. Should I continue to use both entecavir and tenofovir? I (and my doctor also) have not done test on Hbeag and Hbsag w/ titer (CMIA by Abott). Sgot / sgpt was already normal when I was taking antiviral treatment. Please also pm me the selenium you took? I am really interested to hear that suplement, thank you and God bless..

Good day. Antiviral drug ang gamot para pababain at alisin ang Hbeag. Yung tinake ko dati ay Entecavir Baraclude pero maraming klase ng antiviral drug depende na rin sa budget mo. Kumunsulta ka sa gastroenterologist para mabigyan ka ng tamang gamutan. Kapag inumpisahan ang paginom bawal na ito itigil hanggang sa mawala ng ang Hbeag. God Bless.

Hello guys. Just a little update after clearing Hbsag, my antibodies has increased  naturally over the years.
Feb 2017 result: Anti-Hbs (CMIA)= 29.54 miu/ml (REACTIVE)  cut off value = 10
Feb 2018 result: Anti-Hbs (CMIA)= 73.91 miu/ml (REACTIVE)  cut off value = 10

Same Doctor nyo pala ako nagpapacheck-up at yun binanggit nya po pala ay yun DNA stem cell na sinabay po nyo or yun mother nyo po. And nabasa ko rin po dito sa thread. Sa ngayun po liquid selenium na galing po kay Doc and other supplements po ang tini-take ko.

Nabasa ko rin po dito na isinabay nyo po sa selenium yun baraclude, which same goes na binanngit rin po nya na pwede po para po maibaba yun hbsag ko. Although non-reactive po ang hbeag ko, pero nabasa ko po dapat nasa 1,000 iu/ml po.

Ito po yun pinapamonitor sa akin since po nagpacheck-up po ako six months ago. Yun results po ng ANTI-HBEAG ko po raw ay non-reactive at nasa acute stage po raw ako dahil yun ANTI-HBC IGM ko ay reactive po.

Tumaas raw po dahil sa food intake at pinapaprevent po yun mga food na meat based.

Just an info for every readers, My Anti-hbs has now reach reactive level.

That's good to hear. Small sure steps in a consistent basis for a number of years will have huge impact on eliminating the virus. If you guys are taking antivirals for a number of years then it's pretty sure that your virus level are very low. Why not find small ways to make your immune system better while taking the antiviral therapy instead of having to wait for 5 years before replacing antiviral with peg-int which will only give you 10% chance as per clinical studies. As I said I am no doctor but I find the method logical and I did it and was successful. You inspired me with your combo-therapy and this is the primary approach and I deeply search for ways to achieve this using other methods. A more simpler, cheaper and natural method. There maybe different path but our goal is the same which is to eliminate HBV. I did it and share how it happen to help. My mom was also cured. I have two brother who still have HBV. One is a chronic case but don't want to take antiviral and I'm having a hard time convincing him. One is an inactive case which is a different case from me and my mom.
