Chlorogenic Acid kills hepatitis-B virus. Potatos are packed with Chlorogenic Acid. Expecially the potato skins. Eating Potatoes will help you alot. Regular/ordinary potatos with the skin is what we are referring to. Sweet potatoes do not have chlorogenic acid.
A quote from one of the papers:
"The fresh pulp and skin of potatoes contain 30 to 900 mg/kg and 1000–4000 mg/kg, respectively of chlorogenic acid and minor amounts of other phenolic acids between 0 and 30 mg/kg (Lewis, Walker, & Lancaster, 1999)"
