Saunas and Steam Rooms safe for carriers ?

Hey Guys,
Nice meeting you all.
This is my first post here but I feel that I already know a lot of you guys.
I have been reading and learning quite a lot in the past few months here.

I have a quick question that hopefully someone can answer me.
Is it ok for our liver and viral load to do sauna or steam room a few times a week?

Disclosure, I am on entecavir for a little bit less then one month now.

I hope that this is not one more thing that we have to change on our new life style.
