Status review

My recent reports are:
AST/SGOT - 34 IU/L, ALT/SGPT - 38 IU/L
HBeAg - Non- reactive with Sample / Cut off ratio (S/Co) = 0.302
Anti HBe - Reactive  with S/Co = 0.02
HBV DNA = 4.8 x 10^4 IU/ml
HBsAg Quantification = 1602 IU/ml

Can any body guide on the condition?

You also need Fibroscan or a liver biopsy.
Your DNA and HBsAg is not that high. I think you should ask your doctor for Interferon treatment.
