Suggestion on HBV result

I have infected with the hepatitis B virus and take treatment from a herpetology specialist. During under his treatment my tested results are:

25.11.2010: HBsAg- Positive, -Sample OD 3.200 (Method- ELISA)
          USG of HBS-Normal
          SGPT- 21.00 U/L
          Prothrombin Time- Patient 14.7 Seconds, - Control 12.0 Seconds, -Index 81.63%, -Ratio 1.22, -INR1.24
          HBeAg- Negative, -Sample OD 0.031
          Anti HBC IgM- Negative, -Sample Value <2.00 U/ml
          Anti HBe- Negative, -Sample OD 1.221
          HVB DNA- Positive, -2.8 X 104 copies/ml (Method –PCR)
01.04.2011: Anti HBe- Negative, -Sample OD 1.261
          HVB DNA- Negative (Method –PCR)
          SGPT- 20.00 U/L
08.10.2011: HVB DNA- Undetected (Method –PCR)
28.03.2012: HVB DNA- Undetected (Method –PCR)

Now-
a). Have any suggestion from your side for me?
b). Do I get 'Negative' result of HBsAg if I test my blood?
c). How can I get the 'Negative' result of HBsAg?
d). Have any need to take Hepatitis B vaccine?
e). Have any possibility to infected again in future?
f). Have any possibility to transmit to my relatives? Please describe details.

that s a useless number, there is no unit.that s the crap and obsolete elisa test,  useless for us

architect or elecsys, these are the machines for hbsag quantification in iu/ml
