Suggestions how to reverse Fibrosis?

I have discovered my HBV back in 2009, since 2010 I have been on Viread. almost 95% the time my DNA was <20 or und. average alt/ast 22/17. just recently I have changed Liver specialist and she ordered a new liver panel blood test including Fibrotest. everything came normal except the Fibrotest came at F3, she is ordering more test such as ultra sound and Abdominal CT. in the mean time I need to start taking care of my condition. anyone out there who reverse fibrosis if yes, please share your experience. in the past I have heard vtd3, milk thistle, Dandelion roots and so on.... anyone out there? I need a suggestion please.
Thank you

If you've achieved SVR successfully on viread for that long, you would have likely experienced fibrosis regression during that period and will continue to do so, unless you have a metabolic syndrome ( diabetes, obesity, high cholesterol) in which case fibrosis regression is unlikely. IMO, fibrosis isn't a very reliable test for ascertaining fibrosis. You should ask your doctor for a fibroscan, which is more reliable and accurate.
As far for diet, I believe a diet high in fruits and vegetables, low in fat and simple sugars/carbs and moderate in protein (meat source) is ideal.

I was on Pegasys for a year and switched to Viread since 2011. According to the Fibroscan test, my liver's fibrosis changed from F3 to F1 in three year.

I had fresh juice every morning for almost a year when I was on Pegasys. I take vtd3 and milk thistle since I started with Viread.

Quang,

Thanks!

It is encouraging to know that it is possible to reverse Fibrosis.
Just recently I completely changed my diet which includes fresh fruit and vegetables juice, also completely stoped eating red meat but, fish and occasionally chicken. I exercise (light) twice or three times a week. Just had my vitd3 test and the result was 36.1 Ng/ml. I planned to add vitd3 to my daily consumption. I am still taking Vemlidy and soon, I Hope to see some good results.
Fresh juice works best when you drink in the morning (30 minutes before your breakfast)

As Bravesoul mentioned, coffee appears to have profound effects on avoiding fibrosis. Seriously. Google it. It sounds odd but it seems legit. In my opinion it's not given enough credit, because it can prevent fibrosis from any course (viral hepatitis, or alcohol, etc) up to 80% with 4 cups a day.

Thank you very much.
I am thinking the same thing may be there is a mistake in fibrotest reading or something. Hope you are right.
I was planning to take some milk thistle and dandi-roots. What do you think

Milk thistle Hasn't generated any any positive effects that are 'noticeable" in clinical trials. But since it is an anti inflammatory compound, it can have benefits in the very long term, if not the short term. Beet roots, blueberries, curumin are all excellent sources of anti inflammatory compounds. I also take selenium 500mcg daily since a thoroughly written research article proved the chemo preventive abilities of this mineral for HCC and cuts the Risk by 50%. Also, in another study, drinking 4 cups of coffee a week could further reduced the risk by 60%. So incorporating Just these two would reduce your risk for HCC by 80%!
Bravesoul,

Thank you very much!

By the way I just did my hebsag quant test for the first time and it came in at 3182iu/ml. I am determined to get this as low as I can.
