Test results?

My lab results for hep b state - Hep  B Core Antibody (HBcAB) non reactive  .  Hep B surface antibody HBsAB) <2 mIU/mL  Post- vaccine HBsAB levels of at least 10 mlU/mL are protective. Patients with lower levels are also considered immune if they have previously had a protective HBsAb level.  Hep B Surface Antigen (HBsAg) Non - reactive. What does all this mean? I have never had any shots to protect myself against Hep B but have traveled extensively.

If you travel extensively maybe you should consider vaccination. You don't want to get infected...

You are not infected with HBV and you don't seem to have had any exposure in the past, that would explain why you didn't develop any antibodies. If you want to get vaccines, then you would develop antibodies. Good for you :)
