if you check hbsag with abbott architect in iu/ml you can see if you are clearing hbv or not by the level of hbsag and see if it is going down, al the other tests are useless to predict this
hbv undetected is a wrong word, hbvdna undetactables doesn t mean no virus replication but just lowered replication
while hbvdna is und in the blood the infection goes on in the liver as usual and also liver damage is not little with alt 74, your markers are normal cronic hbv untl hbsag gets negative and hbsab >miu/ml
i am sorry but crap test machines were used when you got hbsag negative and also hbvdna pcr is crap 29iu/ml is too high, abbott real-time this year is at 10iu/ml sensitivity and tacman is at 6iu/ml
very low level hbvdna is also deteactable on those who clear hbv and have high hbsab, hbvdna is just a marker to monitor therapy by nucs or to have an idea of liver cancer risk or liver damage but in these 2 last parameters fibroscan is becoming more useful leaving hbvdna mainly nucs response monitoring
