Vit D for HBV carrier

Is it important to everyone with HBV infection to take Vit D supplement ?. if yes I wanna know the correct dose of vit D to HBV carrier, and is it related to the viral load ( the dose )???.....I didn't take any medication,,, please I want your advice

in general on hbv maintenance doses range from 5000 to 10.000iu daily, while doses to correct deficiency can be 10.000 to 60.000iu daily or higher

yes to first question

there exists no vit d dose for any diseases, the dose depends only on serum response and achievement of best serum levels 60-90ng/ml.this is because all chronic diseases hijack vit d pathways and response is extremely different from patient to patient, the worst prognosis has also the worst response and lowest serum levels, at 10ng/ml or less there is max death for all causes
