Vitamin D Deficiency - Help

I have been taking Reviro 300 for 6 months and feel tired and did my Vit D test and below are results , please guide ways to improve

Vitamin D plus profile

(Serum,CMIA)

25 Hydroxy (OH) Vit D 7.90 ng/mL

PTH-(Intact Molecule),serum by CMIA 162.70 pg/mL

double check that it contains vitamin d3 Cholecalciferol and no calcium


Does taking injections help build vitamin faster or via powder or tablet?

injections are good on some cases, oral is ok, best form is liposomal but expensive and difficult to find, go for oral

you can start with 60K once and 10.000iu daily then recheck levels after 1month although it will take more to make pth and vitd25oh optimum ranges

both results are very out of range, find an expert doctor and take a single high dose like required on guidelines of 300.000iu then 10.000iu daily

pth is very out of range because severe vit d deficiency it will take very long time to lower, there is another disease making pth so high but i think it is your vit d deficiency, check your kidneys and calcium too so we know it is not primary or seconday hyperparathiroidism
