Is anyone here can give me a specific name of a vitamins which is a vitamin D content. Is vitamins B-complex also necessary in helping my immune system?  Is ferrous sulfate will be a help too?

be aware these products will protect liver from any damage by blocking oxidative stress but of course they wont clear viruses

the research behind these products and hypotesis is that liver hepatocytes and viruses can coesist with no damage since it has been observed that the damaged is not made directly by viruses but it is due to oxidation stress

oxidation stress is made by immune system which fails to clear the virus because hbsag makes macrophages inactivated so immune system is blind, it cannot see what happens in the liver.
this continuous failure of immune system and in some part also hbx protein from hbv increases oxidation stress which makes liver damage

fibrosis development is also due to cholesterol imbalance, the virus changes genes that produces cholesterol in the liver to increase its antigens and virions production, and this can also produce fibrosis altogether with oxidative stress

both supplements, red yeast rice containing monacoloins, statins can prevent liver damage.statins rarely rise alt/ast so in case of statin use they must be checked, this rise of alt/ast seems not correlated with liver damage but it is better to check anyway

these are the real products that help liver stay healthy despite hbv or hbv+hcv or any other hepatitis virus as proved by me and ongoing trials, these vitamins are expensive so i think trying to buy separately it can be even more expensive than hepatitis technologies

i also use liposomal glutathione which is very expensive so i dont take heptoboost which is designed to increase glutathione

i use extra vitamin E, mixed natural tocopherols, synthetic vitamin E or only one type of vitamin E is useless, 800iu daily

i used extra vitamin D3 5000iu daily, now gcmaf made vitamin D normal-high without supplements so i stopped it because it should have resolved immune system unbalance and vitamin d deficency

these are the products i use, and you have seen in my posts cirrhosis regression in just 1 year and a half.the quality of the vitamins must be absolute and the quantity as in these products.it is quite expensive but using lower quantity will have minimum effect on the liver
