WILL VACCINATING WITH RECOMBIVAX cause further increase in the HBsAg of those already with chronic Hep B

i have researched through my browsing in the web an alternative way of treating or clearing the HB virus by using vaccination with the HBsAg. its mechanism would be reactivation of the immune system to recognize again the surface antigen.

i have tried this method and now i am concern of the lab results i have ---worried that i may have increase the surface antigen measured during the tests by introducing this approach. my HBV DNA is <200 copies/mL but my HBsAg amounts to 4138. is this discrepancy in surface antigen and the viral load caused by the vaccine. please help StevenNYer.

i would like to start on the ntz treatment but i am just wondering on the specifics since i don't have any experience with online purchasing and its requirements plus i dont have a personal credit card. can i just purchase this in cash. how much would 30 capsules of ntz cost (plus the shipping and other expenses). i would like to take the generic ones since it would be probably cheaper than the alinia which is the branded ntz. stefano 170669, i would also want to know your email address just for certain inquiries on ntz. thanks for the help.

hello stefano170669. sorry. if i may ask, are you a filipino or an italian? i have seen in some posts that you have translated a filipino post to english..

there is poor correlation between hbsag and hbvdna but a low hbsag has always a low hbvdna and low alt
hbsag value reflect the strength of immune system, there is a correlation with cccdna and number of infected cells too, hbvdna gives an idea of the replication of the virus but does not rapresent the number of virions

the problem is that the only true tests which reflect infection are inside the liver: cccdna quantity, total intraepatic hbvdna and pgrna, a low hbsag can correlate with these parameters since with hbsag negative the cccdna becomes negtive/extremely low, intraepatic hbvdna very low, pgrna very low

HBsAg from the vaccine
if test is in iu/ml the increase is probably due to vaccine but consider that it can make little difference because we all have hbsab antibodies, the problem is that hbsag is so elevated and produced continuously by cccdna that hbsab got neutralized

yes you are a perfect candidate for nitazoxanide at 1.5-2g daily, if you choose to start tell me so we exchange email and keep close contact to share results.nitazoxanide will make your hbvdna even lower, hbsag decrease and alt a little elevated at start.
if your value is about 4000iu/ml you might get it negative by 2-4 months keeping 2g dose daily, we have seen that when there is a response hbsag lowers 2000-2500iu/ml per month

HBsAg reactive 4138
antiHBs nonreactive result <2; cut-of value 10
AntiHBc reactive
AntiHBe reactive
HBeAg nonreactive
HBV DNA PCR <200 copies/mL

AST/ ALT very slightly elevated than the normal by only 2 points. sorry i dont have the results from me. i am just recalling the values. i have been a carrier for 7 years now.

Basically inactive healthy carrier? iam just concerned with the correlation between the HBsAg and the HBV DNA. are they directly correlated or is their an instance wherein the HBV DNA can be very low like mine although you have a very large value for the HBsAg. What can explain this discrepancy? does it mean that the HBsAg is a summation of years of infection.

am i a candidate for the ntz since from what i have read from previous post that it would only greatly benefit those with <1500 HBsAg counts unlike mine which amounts to 4138 although i am concerned that this increase maybe due to the artificial HBsAg from the vaccine that i have injected. is it a possible explanation?

what are all your markers of antigens and antibodies, hbvdna pcr and alt/ast?

the strongest immune clearance of hbv is the same on inactive carriers and cirrhosis/severe fibrosis hbe negative carriers

you can buy from online canadian pharmacies, if you can t find any reliable i can pm the one i use

i think a combo of ntz+simvastatin+ blood checks to get optimum levels of vit d, selenium, zinc from diet or natural sources might help.on hbe negative ntz increased all antibodies on the 2g daily dose especially hbcab and hbsab which are the most important for clearance

little daily gym can also help reach hiher interferon levels but it must be very moderate gym

with phyllantus niruri and phillanthus amarus
a member in this community studied in the hospital where they held this trial, she said they never got any result on phyllanthus

thanks stefano170669 for the reply. I have also been researching about the HBV for a while and the immune system. During my hypotheses generation, i have thought about the relation of the T helper cells in clearing the virus from the system. i have browsed to the net and have found several articles regarding the relationship between the imbalance of the t helper 1 and t helper 2 subsets of the immune system. the study stated that there is a predominance of the t helper2 compared to t helper 1 subset on those with chronic infection.

now, i hypothesize that maybe by stimulating the t helper1 subset could somehow increase the chances of clearing the virus and winning the battle against the virus. do you know of any compounds available that may increase this immune response. i have seen one which is carvedilol which activates the interleukin 12 but it has caused me problem since i have felt chest pains after taking it. although i am not hypertensive.

my line of thought right now would be the activation of the t helper 1 subset, the interleukin 12, tumor necrosis factor alpha and other cytokines that can cause increase in both the humoral immunity of the body including the macrophages and dendritic cells

i have also found out that in some of the chronic HB patients, they have problems in the macrophage and dendritic system and in antigen presentation. i was wondering if you have encountered any over the counter drug that was accidentally discovered to have an effect on the immune system repertoire aside from the simvastatin.

my limitation is that some of the drugs like nitazoxanide is not available in the philippines. do you have any idea how i can purchase such medications. i am concerned of how it can be delivered since i have absolutely no experience on this procedure.

right now i have been searching for over the counter and readily available drugs that have been in accident proven efficacious in treating HBV aside from the usual expensive interferon and antiviral meds. i have serached certain alternative treatments like herbals which increase the t helper 1, activate the interleukin 12 and TNF alpha and have come up with phyllantus niruri, boehmeria nivea, tinospora cordifolia with hopes of reactivating the immune system and correcting the t helper 1 vs 2 immune system repertoire.

please shed a light on some of my topics and line of thinking. we might be able to find some interesting methods of attacking the virus with correction of the problem of our immune system.

HBsAg amounts to 4138, if this number is not in iu/ml this might not reflect an increase because other tests have diluitions and not homogeneous scales plus number is reagent so even if it might reflect changes of hbsag it is not possible to quantify

even if vaccine has increased hbsag there should be no difference on immune control of hbv

this approch to vaccine is useless on most studies, maybe using the same therapy as for cancer taking your dentric cells out and making them more responseve on vitro maybe more useful

vaccine is mostly useless because immune system is suppressed by hbv, the dentric cells method works because they are taken out from hbv influence outside the body
