What does my HEP B DNA results mean?

So the email says, Hep DNA is at 5000.  Down from 32000 from 2 years ago.  What does this mean?  Does anyone know the normal range?  I'm supposed to see a follow up for specialist and get more testing done as well.

How did things turn out? Mine recently jumped to 36000 and I'm hoping it will come back down without medication.
