What will happens if I stopped taking Barraclude and retake it?

Hi everyone!

I've been taking Baraclude for a few years now, I had to stop for a few months due to insurance amd financial issues.

Can anyone tell me what the possible side effects would be? And if it would be ok if I just go back to taking it?

Please let me know. Thank You!

Follow Steff's advice...you were not supposed to stop Entecavir and you probably didn't develop (much) resistance...but you never know and thats why at this point might be better to switch to tenofovir.

It is a policy where you can access your medication while your insurance is pending with your insurer. Yes check on the net you can buy online.

its best to use tenofovir when you go back on antiviral because stopping etv may help get resistant to it and mutate hbv
