anti HBc total may stay positive for many years after accute hepatis, in your case it means only that you passed infection and your body created good level of antibodies.
In tests anti HBc total should be splited to IgM and IgG, in your case probably IgM is negative and IgG positive.
I have no idea why it dissapeared and appeared again.
Seems that you are healthy and only think you can do is check antibodies level once a few years, if its not dropping to low, to keep you protected.

thnks for your reply. u mean that there is no danger for me and the people beside me about getting hepatite?
and the other question is anti hbc remains + forever or not? is there any possibility to get negative? because about 3 years ago it got - and after months it get negative
at last is it essential to repeat the test in future months?

sorry, I forgot that you have also antibodies, so I think occult infection is excluded already.

anti-HBc total signifies previous exposure for HBV, seems that you had accute hepatis and didn't know about it but your body healed itself because you are HBsAg negative (1st chart)
Maybe it makes sense to make HBV DNA to exclude occult infection, but I think it happens very rarelly.
