anti hbcore

i am a health care provider and i recently done my serology followed by a needle *****.result was hbsag negative,anti hbsag non immune,anti hbcore positive,hbeag negative,anti hbe negative,anti hbc igm negative,and anti hcv negative.i had completed my vaccination before 8 years including booster then what is this result shows?whether i have to take vaccine again or no need?different people giving different opinion so please give me a answer to reduce my confusion........thank you

Just to make sure, please check your anti hbsag (hbsab) again and make sure you have it.
