chronic hepatitis B - transmission

Can a chronic hep B patient(HBsAg +, HBeAg+) infect others especially those who are vaccinated against Hep B vaccince???

and also hbv cannot make cronic infections in adults not vaccinated

no it cant, once vaccinated hbv is like water
