Is it a criminal offence, in the U.K., not to tell the person you are having sex with that you are a Hep B carrier?

under english law ,i think you could be done under the sexual harassment laws,if it can be proved that you knowingly had the virus before you had sexual relations,combined with the health and safety law,hope this helps you ,
Thanks cajim, I think it is amoral to keep it dark, and not to give your partner the chance to protect themselves against this deadly virus.
