i am 34 year old with following lab reports.

1-HBsAg +ve for 10 years.
2-HBeAg -ve
3-AntiHBeAg +ve
4-HBV DNA Not dected on both occasions,one in 2006 and other in 2010.

kindly tell me what is my disease status, i need treatment or not.my liver function tests are as follows.

ALT=30
AST=17
Alkaline phosphatase=54
s/albumen=4g/dl.

i stress again for other people reading, nitazoxanide monotherapy is giving very fast results only in hbe negative/hbeab positive, hbvdna from 3 to 6logs iu/ml

hbe positive with very high hbvdna and hbsag has very slow results (1-2 years for hbvdna und) and probably only combos with interferon or tenofovir can give fast results in 3-6months in these cases

nitazoxanide is the only one that has shown to lower hbsag very fast on hbe negative like you (also interferon but it is much slower 5-10years to clear hbsag on 11% patients)

we have also seen that the best dose is 2g nitazoxanide daily with food if you can tollerate this dose without diarrea.take it a pill about every 5 hours with food to reach 2g at day

check quantity hbsag in iu/ml and hbsab at 12 weeks, 24weeks and 48weeks.first data we have shows about 25% clears hbsag within 1 year and others probably in following years, unfortunately it is off label with use on few people so rates can be more or less.do not expect to clear in a short time it takes years anyway

     plz tell me regarding diet and any medicine that could clear the virus from my blood entirely as 1 have to go to U.K for studies and being HBsAg +ve i cant get visa to any country.plz do help me.
