hepa b

my 1st lab result is the same w/ my new result and my lab required is every 6mons.how do i get this to be negative? this is my quantitative result SGPT(ALT) 19.56 U/L
HBeAg 0.293 NON REACTIVE
HBsAg >130.000 IU/ml
what it means?

Your ALT is in the normal range, that is good. You are also HBeAg Negative(Non-Reactive), it indicates you may be in the low-replicative phase. You should do a hbvdna (viral load) test to confirm that.

There is currently no treatment to make HBsAg negative (a cure), but there are very effective treatments to control the disease WHEN you need to. Talk to your doctor.
