hi  gusy   im  hepa b  reactive,
  can  you  explaint Me what is this   my  reuslt
last  Feb 25 2013 (cov is .236  AB 2.420)

March 15 2013 the new   hepa screen. is
(cov .30 Ab 2.420)

have a improvement or not  plzzz  help Me guy

TEST RESULT FLAG   UNITS  REFERENCE RANGE
HAV IGM 0.28 NEGATIVE HAV IGM PC 1.0 &  1.0 IS POSITVE.
HBEAG 2920 REACTIVE HBEAG PC >1.20 IS POSITVE.
HBC IGM 0.06 NEGATIVE HBC LGM PC < 0.80 IS NEGATIVE.
ANTI HCV (SCREENING) NEGATIVE
SGPT(ALT) 25
no Ultrasound  no money now.
Thats all Sir,  what is result Im  cronic or acute how long my hepa b reactive?

Hi,
You need to do the following tests:
1. HBsAg (preferably Quantitative, by Abbot architect method)
2. HBeAg and Anti-Hbe Ab
3. SGPT (Alt)
4. HBVdna quantitative by PCR method
5. Liver Ultrasound
6. Liver Fibroscan, if available
Post the results, and then any comment can be made.
