After a year of hepa b medication, the result show negative viral load in HBV DNA is it possible to be non reactive in hbsAg and be vaccinated?
No hbvdna not detected just means lowered replication and less liver damage.but it has nothing to do with clearing infected cells for that you have to look at hbsag quantitative in iu/ml not hbvdna
