anti HBs --> 6.8 (non-reactive)  cut off value -->10.0
anti-hbe--> 5.290 (non-reactive)  cut off value -->1.0
hbeag --> 657 (reactive)           cut off value -->1.0

i agree with the above. you need to check also HBV-quant DNA.

You have hep-B infection. See if you are acute or chronic by getting anti-HBcIgM test.
If it is reactive then you are acute, wait for 6 months and get yourself tested to see if the virus cleared. Otherwise you are chronic need other tests (viral load, AST/ALT) to find out whether you need treatment or not.
