hepatitis B

results of my lab tests are as follows:
HBsAg=reactive
Ant HBs= non reactive
HBeAg= non reactive
Ant HBe= reactive
Ant HBc= reactive
HBv viral load = below detection limit.
ALT=26
AST=22
please do I need medication?

No, according to all international guidelines. Still require regular monitoring, at least yearly. Your numbers are very good. Just my opinion
