I underwent Fibroscan in Nov 2008 at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital , Sydney and the result was normal. I am now in India and I don't know where this test is available in India.

BTW, in continuation with my disclosures of my HBV test results and progressive improvement, here is an update that I missed to provide.

My viral load further came down to 324 IU/ml  , as on 28-Jul-2014 . I did not check viral load in 2015 , I will be going for viral load test this month

Post a link to your hbsag quantitative in iu/ml baseline andtoday, all the rest goes naturally up and down without any intervention and useless to understand if infected cells are being cleared, only hbsag quantitative in iu\ml can show clearance of infection but this test is not available in australia and us

hbeAg quantitative is more definite than hbsag quantitative. This was told to me by a Hepatologist at royal prince alfred hospital, Sydney

As on 8-Nov-2016, my quantitative HBV viral DNA load is 542 IU/mL . I continue to take raw juice of Phyllanthus niruri in empty stomach daily.

Sorry for bringing this up. But as newly diagnosed I was desperate to get whatever medication available that promised cure.

I learnt lot on this forum. Came to know about vitamin D deficiency,  fibroscan and HBsAg quantitative test, which my doctor also never suggested.

no nobody has and all herbs has been proven a scam here

chronic hbv is cleared 2 to 4% yearly, if you are ignorant about hbv aspects avoid talking about it, we study this from a decade and everything is already on the community, any aspects hbv cures waiting to be on the market included

the only hbv cure is replicor combo, we dont need all the scam from herbs and they are not allowed in this community, you can only discuss cures with trials and publication on scientific jorunals

these herbs reduce the viral load and keep the replication under control. No claim was made that these herbs will eradicate the virus. My viral load came down from 13,000 IU/ml in Mar/2008 to a few hundreds currently (Nov 2016)  , due to herbal medicines only. It is sheer ignorance and arrogance to think that only Western chemical drugs will work and eastern herbal  drugs are all scams. No scam is bigger than the chemo"therapy" and radio"therapy" scams of western medicine.

Hi all
I have bought the ayurvedic medicines from ND Ayurveda. I have not yet started the treatment. Little skeptical about it.
The doctors from that center called at least 4 times as follow up,  and every time they encouraged me to take the medication. They are assuring that Viral load will go down and also HBsAg will become negative. How long it will take varies from person to person.

Doctor (over the phone)  also said that I can take these medicines along with entecavir or other antivirals.

Don't know what to do. These medicines cost Rs. 10000 for one month.

The Ayurvedic center is far far away from my residence.

1-2% per year, of inactive carriers clears hbv naturally so if someone claims he cleared it with herbal medicines only it might be just coincidence, simple.

No they were. Mostly spam and nobody got ever cureed this way while many members got cure on etv,tdf,pegintf.i don t understand how you can make these old posts up and not make up the posts about cured memebers....

Does anyone know of ND ayurveda NIROGAM (india)  that provides ayurvedic treatment for hepatitis b chronic and claims that it will clear the virus. I have bought the medicines but not used,  a little sceptical and scared. Over the phone they asked me start the medication and go for blood test after a month to see the results myself....

I underwent another test in March 2010 at Sydney.

The viral load has further come down from 1250 to 850 IU in the past 1 year, which is great.

Pre-core mutant is a form of virus that has undergone mutation. SO it will show as if "e" antibody has been formed (Anit Hbe +ve ) but in reality it is still very much there.

Discussed the result with my ayurveda doctor who advised me to continue

Boomiamalaki essence 5ml empty stomach (once a day), Vasaguluchyadi Kashayam 15 ml (twice a day)
Heposem Syrup 10 ml (twice a day)

First of all many congratulations for your improving condition, you are one of the very few who has shown corroborative results.

I would to like to discuss more about the ayurvedic medicine you mentioned in your post.

But before everything I want to know what was your doctor's reaction seeing such a dramatic decline in viral load in matter of months ?

Also who recommended you the medicines you mentioned in your post  ?

Mr Jim please accept the truth whethere allopathy or ayurvedic  drus is helpful thats must be used.Not only foreign research help to cleared this virus it is helpful to control the replication rather,200 years old ayurveda is very much helpful to cleared the this deadly virus.But i know we can't accept the truth because we have to run all this pharmceutical companies? My ALT and AST have always been around 40. (Though my Gastroenterologist said even 40 for ALT is not good and it should be around 20.)

Fortunately I have NEVER had any problem in the past 9 years due to my HBV positive status. No symptoms, no ailments. I have always felt fit as a fiddle.

Just that this virus is sitting inside and ticking like a time bomb and I on final assault to defuse the bomb.
