how I turned my reactive hbsag to nonreactive in less than a week

1. be positive and dont worry..nkaka baba po ng immune system ang depression...isipin nyo nln po gagaling kayo agad. lalo nyo inisip ang hepa lalo kayo nde gagaling.

2. no smoking no drinking ...

3.green tea or sampasampalukan araw araw!!!

in adults hbv clears anyway, it is not the vitamins.adults have immune system!

chronic carriers are all from birth, at birth there is no immune system, so hbv can become chronic.in this case only a decade of antivirals and peginterferon add on can clear the infection

vitamins are useless on chronic carriers but can fasten clearance in adults which is usually 6-12months.vitamin C must be liposomal or IV otherwise nothing is absorbed in the stomach and vitamin d3 is more effective than vitamin C to modulate immune system

we all take those vitamins already but for liver, not for hbv, and of course nobody clears

6. iwas stress at matulog ng maaga...kung maaari 8 hours or more ang sleep...

7. pray pray pray

repeat medical may 20 - non reactive npo
