how and what will be reguler food for hbv patient

at 2006 i get hbs,ag positive result by screening test
then i had test 3 times confirmation by elisa method which was 1st 3 then next was 3.75 last 5 point. i was take homeo medicine but could not get result even not changing.but its very expencive to treatmen. may be i need to wait for treatment more then 4 years.but now i eat very little and i am trying to controll myself.i can feel that i am sick.normaly i have reguler headace, neck pain, little abdomenal pain.weakness and tiredness is very reguler. but any how i have to controll my food for save my leaver for 4/5 years. then i will go for treatment. because i am only responsible for my family. 7members depends on me. can i controll it by my reguler food?if i can then pls give me a list for food and pls choose for me like not so expencive. thank u.

As u r in banglDesh nothing to worry. When come to bangladesh u come in india. In kolkata lots of good hepatologist there.and in india antiviral medicine is not so expensive rs 1200 per month if treatment need. I know lots of bungladesi come for treatment.

i am from bangladesh but now i work in kuwait. in kuwait i cant go to hospital coz if they know then they will packup me but in bangladesh dont have good treatment i thing so even need long time rest which i cant. i have to support for my poor family need more then 4 years form now.i do a tecnical job that why they dont monitoring to me but here not supported wether for hbv positive person. very hot tempereture.thanks.

From which country u r. In some country hbv treatment is not so much expensive.

thanks for your helpfull comments.hbv test is very expencive for this reasons i return back from lab so many times. for cure hbv i need treatment with long time rest but i cant stop my job.that why i need suggetion from expert to change lifestyell which can give me chance for few years. thanks.

Food control is good for hbvesr or healthy people.but is the hepatitis is active and virus start doing damage to liver treatment is obligatory and can't avoid damage only by good food.
First try to know in wich phase you are and the situation of your liver especially you feel not good at least do tests
I know you live very bad life conditions but how you will take care of 7persons and you don't take care of your self!hep b if not treated in right time your health will degrading.
For food not eating in small quantities is the best;try to eat lot vegetables 2or3fruit max a day.less sugar oil.prefer olives oil .drink water lot if you can have good weight and do your checks and blood tests regularly.good luck
