   Hi,

I have been a hep b carrier since birth, when i a was 19 I visted a British specialist who advised me that i was a low risk to others carrier who only had traces of the virus in my blood, and unlikely to pass through sex and would need a lot of blood to pass, I am now 29 and the info and advice i received in the last ten years has been different and confusing

Hey Bicol,

36,000 per ml for the HBV DNA is low compare to 200,000 that my doctor said if anyone is over needs treatment.  From his suggestion that got mine down to only 621 was not to drink too much and do a lot of vegetable /fruit juicing.  Also remember to be happy, love, forgive, live life.  Being Happy triggers chemicals to heal the liver.   Hope that helps.
