I think she has been exposed to HBV in the past (past six months from the day of testing) but managed to clear the infection, presence of anti Hbc IgG is a sure enough proof for that. Whats funny with the results is that HbsAb is non reactive, am not quite sure whether the antibodies can wane with time. All in all, I think the results are inconclusive. Let her go for a vaccination anyway for future protection now that she doesnt have the antibodies.
I agree with NashPred: She has not been exposed to HepB and needs to be vaccinated.
Also....She does not have Hepatitis A or C.
If I read this right, she has never had HBV and is also not immune. So she needs to get vaccinated.
