the very bad point is we have no cccdna measures which is the only useful parameter
anyway i guess tenofovir or truvada are the most potent combo with interferon
the best comparison today would be:
interferon+tenofovir+entecavir (only two cases reported, one easl 2011 and one san francisco 2011)
interferon+truvada (only one case reported for hbv+hdv and clearance by 48weeks)
researchers have data on this for sure but not published yet

These combos are all studied in vitro in 2009. I would interpret the results cautiously. Look like Truvada is the only one in clinical trials.
