hbvrna remains detactable despite use of antivirals (it becomes und too on very low hbsag carriers or on those responding to pegintf add-on)
by checking mutations on hbvrna it is possible to follow and maybe predict a possible resistance to antvirals

Hi, agree with you, response to therapy needs to be monitored. By predicting the unresponsive to therapy, it is possible to search for alternative therapies and to not subject the patient to antivirals. Thanks for sharing. Regards.
